Description:

The File Tabs are a carryover from a third party add-on.  They are now part of AutoCAD 2014 free full version.  Click on a tab to access that file, right-click on a tab to open, save, or close a file or files. The command line now includes an AutoCorrect feature. If you type in LNIE, the LINE command will run instead of returning “unknown command”.  you can use different terminology that you are familiar with but might not be the norm in AutoCAD. For example, instead of using the term “block,” you might be more accustomed to using “symbol.” Entering SYMBOL at the Command Line and pressing Enter starts the INSERT command so you can insert a block. One new feature to take advantage of is the new Geographic Location tools.  These tools allow you to find the location of your project and project a map into your drawing.
